"Every Challenge Is Disguised As an Opportunity For Salvation"- Eckhart Tolle

My Mission?

To bridge what’s often missing in health and wellness:
the practical + the soulful - so that success doesn’t come at the cost of your wellbeing.

Over time, I’ve come to see that true success isn’t just about achievement - it’s about energy, balance, and fulfilment. My mission is to shift how we view occupational therapy: from a treatment-based service to a preventative, holistic practice that supports people in leading more energetically aligned and meaningful lives.

Just as organisational psychology helps businesses optimise performance, holistic occupational therapy offers a powerful framework to help individuals and teams sustain wellbeing, creativity, and purpose in their professional and personal journeys.

I hope to inspire other occupational therapists to step beyond traditional boundaries - to collaborate with businesses, entrepreneurs, and leaders - and to help the wider community discover how occupational therapy can be a catalyst for sustainable success and thriving.

My Journey & Why This Work Matters?

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) -exploring the Five Elements, energy flow, and holistic balance that link emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
Body Psychology - understanding how the body stores, expresses, and can release emotional experiences. Your body has wisdom - that symptoms are signals, not enemies. My aim is to empower you to respond to those signals, not suppress them.

Lifestyle Redesign: Translating insight into daily life by intentionally redesigning routines, roles, habits, and environments so they support nervous system regulation, sustainable performance, and long-term wellbeing.

These perspectives enriched my OT work, giving me frameworks to help clients
move beyond coping, into true alignment and vitality.

What I Do Now?

At Lifability, I integrate:
+
Occupational Therapy principles: I ground coaching in what actually fits into your life - your roles, routines, environment, and capacities.
+
Mind-body medicine + emotional intelligence: You’ll build practices that strengthen resilience, not just productivity.
+
Traditional Chinese Medicine wisdom: Using the Five Elements to map emotional patterns, resilience, and energy balance.
+
Trauma-informed & holistic wisdom: I lean into embodied approaches (interoception, nervous system regulation, brain programming) so you shift from forced control to sustainable alignment.

I work with high achievers, professionals, creative thinkers and those navigating chronic challenges and are ready to move beyond survival and lead with energy, integrity, and meaning.
